All purpose Cleaner

February 07, 2018

If you ever find yourself in a pinch and needing an all natural all purpose cleaner add these ingredients together and put them in a 16oz spray bottle, use a funel if need be and shake. Voila! Your own natural cleaner!

Vinegar is 5% acetic acid which helps fight against bacteria and other germs you don't want living in your home. Also vinegar should never be used on marble or granite since it can etch away at the stone, but it is safe to use on carpets! This cleaner should be stored in the fridge in between uses, if you are using lemon juice. Because it is water based and there are no preservatives you run the risk of introducing bacteria into the product so make sure to use it quickly. All homemade cleaners should be tested on a small area first before applying to a larger surface.

1 cup distilled water

1 cup white distilled vinegar

1/2 lemon juiced (optional)

15 drops lavender essential oil, peppermint or orange

To use: Gently shake the spray bottle before each use, spray and wipe off with a damp cloth

Natural and efficient! why not?!
